as for surrounding area, i think it is too near to the low cost flat built by the government...since the low cost flat had been occupied...they are frequent cases like....car windows being break.....my gf's parent car windows had been smashed a number of times when they park outside......
As for access, you can take:
1)  the main road = the jln 1/155B
2)  Self made back road...the one linking to bdr kinrara factory area from the low cost flat...(the road is pretty bad, a lot pot holes, unsafe to pass thru at nite as it is very dark and isolated)
3) a proper back road linking to jln puchong from the low cost flat..
Anyway my gf is shifting out to Sri petaling...
anybody wan to buy her unit? nearest to guard house....facing.....garden....5th floor....
