kiara 1 mostly bought by developer relatives and friends. many ppl unable to grab a unit...

Not easy to sell higher. KR1 also at lower land. Although lower density but max 12th Floor only.

The view would be block by KR2's 30 storey and the upcoming The Rainz.

Therefore, I would still prefer KR2 18-28th Floor unless he sells a lot cheaper ....

u were saying the view of kiara 1 is not as good as kiara 2 thus should selling cheaper than kiara 2?

kiara 1 wins kiara 2 interms of few major factors for a property:

1) density: kiara 1 with lower density than kiara 2, which sitting in an area alomost same size with kiara 2.
2) noice polution: kiara 2 units facing lrt sure have more noice polution but kiara 1 is facing the rainz. unless u think that facing lrt is better than facing the rainz then i have nothing to say...
3) privacy: kiara 1 has more privacy due to the lower total number of units, which is only 300+ compared to kiara 2 700+ units.

u mentioned beforer that km1 considered as higher end due to the factor of lower density and more privacy. but now u claimed the other way for kiara 1?

seriously now kiara 2 r selling for 450/sft, there is no reason for kiara 1 selling cheaper than that.
