Locally I can get more than 1.3mbps. So I lor.

Cap is when your speed gets tuned down (or slowed down) then your suppose subscribe speed (1Mbps for example). Long story short TM screw up and will uncap in a few days. Next week if no uncap you can go burn down ONE (only ONE) TM HQ.

I still remmeber last time when I subscribe the 1mbps package but the TM gave me 384kb (300 something if forgot the plan) package, open google also got problem! straight away call and shoot them, they said the system here show I subscribe 384 package, walao! I said i got the resit here. After hang up the phone straight away call the agent and he fix it for me in few days.

Few years ago even worst, problem with bill. we paid they say we NO PAY !!! Few times some more! ahdui....waste my time go TM Point. I hate go TM Point, you sure know the reason. If you want go TM Point, I suggest you take half day leave from your company. LOL

I hope any psychologist here can help me. Almost every time when I wish to call TM to scold them or just like harryfoo said "F them up, give them pressure", but when they answer my call, I speak to them nicely, don't know why.

yeah..... TM getting syok when people ignore the Unifi,P1, celcom,maxis,umobile,etc caps! So they like to experimenting on Streamyx too.... If streamyx get involved in F***ing caps, why should i subscribe it, even transfer my line to my new house much more worst like fill many forms and have to pay almost RM100...what the...

I'm dare to scold them just like how I scold people in this forum.

However, I have no ideas on how to scold them.

And also, it is all their management's fault. The customer service staffs themselves always uninformed of what the company is doing. The one I wish to scold is TM's management, not their customer services staffs.

Lets imagine you are working as customer services in a call centre, and your company secretly doing bad things without your knowledge. Then, you answered a call from your customer and he/she scolding like the world is ending, you yourself are scolded as well, how do you feel?
