very high ping.. speed also slow
look like TM is starting it again..
even Vietnam player ping is lower than mine .... zzzzzzzzzzzzz
MX150
try ask this question !
1) Why we are facing very high ping especially during night hours. Is TM running internal loop making our ping very high ? Certain Overseas player like Vietnam whose broadband infrastructure is not as complete as us but faced less high ping and packet lost while still using same ADSL technology.
2) FUP is what we signed but TM do not mention what TYPE OF FUP they are going to apply for broadband management. Given that we signed does not mean that TM have the right to simply apply any policy control without first informing us or run experiment on us user. It a violation of privacy by running experiment without permission and without knowledge such experiment is tested on us users. Please state clearly what type of FUP they are going to apply. Volume cap ?, Speed cap ? etc etc like in Unifi
3) TM reasoning for the speed cap is because TM bandwidth capacity is reaching a critical level. If it so, why is Unifi still have no volume cap but you start applying speed cap on streamyx user instead ? What is the reasoning behind those favoritism ? Every broadband user should be given equal treatment regardless of their package. Same case like priority given to one but restriction given to another.
4) Why is TM doing throttling secretly ? Would it be wise to inform user about it rather than for them to find out and post it in their blog and forum and give negative comment. This give TM a very negative impression especially on international stage as a major key ISP in the region
4) I have seen a few DSLAM server set up in many area which is a thumb up for TM. But at what cost ? Is TM heading toward quantity rather than quality direction ? What is TM is doing to improve their quality standard in broadband service within nation. As the recent revelation of the hard cap by TM just put TM in the lime light for not a very good cause.
I don't remember FUP policy years ago. I saw only Best Effort policy. They just added that policy.
But I'll answer it for you.
