Paying out rebate is not the best solution for them and for us. The best solution is to uncap all our lines as soon as possible. And use those profit that they gain through us to buy more bandwidth.

QUOTE(ButanicaBanzai @ Dec 3 2010, 12:02 AM) The people already lost faith in this "BEST ISP IN MALAYSIA". Even those who are working also got affected, what if they lost their job cause of this capping? Who knows, maybe this shit company must be nuked or fire the CEO or maybe burn down their office I like the bold-ed part. Damn freaking hate the CEO. |

QUOTE(Tentris @ Dec 3 2010, 12:07 AM) There may be limits to the amount of bandwidth available for them to buy. If this is the case, they should do it start doing it months ago, not until the problem occurred then only cap us.I'm no expert and i don't have the figures, but just like crude oil, bandwidth is not unlimited. e.g. they lay one cable undersea to US will give 1TB of bandwidth. To get another 1TB (more bandwidth) they need to lay another cable. laying cables is not only expensive, but also time consuming. Certainly, they should take some of their profits and invest into this, but what i'm saying is that maybe this is not something they can do overnight. Might take months (laying a cable thousands of kilometers under the sea is probably not the easiest thing to do). |

QUOTE(fztt @ Dec 3 2010, 10:32 AM) Anyway, I am willing to pay for extra usage if I need extra GBs every month, but TM never offer the option. Agree with you. I also willing to pay extra if I exceed the limit of usage. Let's say they limit us 50GB per month, if on that particular month I used 70GB, I'm willing to pay extra. If they charge 1GB = RM1, I'm really willing to pay the RM20 extra. If those who doesn't exceed, they no need to pay extra, fair right? But now they expect us to pay the same amount of money every single month and capped our bandwidth, all the benefits goes to them.Hopefully those who meet Zam later will ask why not have options for same speed but different download limits? Or have metered bills above a certain limit of download? There are those who are willing to pay for the extras. If they don't offer that option, the FUP is highly suspicious, sounds more like genuinely out of bandwidth and not investing. |

QUOTE(MX510 @ Dec 3 2010, 10:58 AM) YES is freaking expensive. YES is really PAY AS YOU USED. What I mean is, certain people who was heavy user, they exceed the fair usage per month, they'll need to pay, if they don't they no need to pay the extra charges. |
