Need to change job....
Such vast statistics may not be available to the public. Your best bet is Ministry of Manpower (MOM) which they publish the labour market data on a quarterly basis, I suppose. Then again it may have a timing bias in the sense the publish data may have delayed by few months.

Please gather the rest and perform a time-series regression on at least a historical 5 years sample. Extrapolate your analysis into Q2 2011 and compare the trend. You may want to narrow down into the specific industries like Services, Construction or Financial Services depending on your specialization.
Upon completion, perform an outside-in assessment from a survey point angle. IF you are in the financial services industry, do a survey in Raffles and Tanjong Pagar. If you are in the services industry, you may need to disseminate your questionnaire island-wide. Tabulate the inputs receive and look at trend to predict the highest probability when structural/cyclical/frictional unemployment reaches its peak.
The problem with these 2 analyses is that either one could be right or both wrong! Hence, the need for 3rd method of analysis to triangulate your results. The options are opened to you on the approach for your 3rd model. You may want to use multifactor model or any available econometric modeling you could possibly find from the internet. Compare your end results (after triangulation) of the 3 analyses to economists concensus on Job Market Outlook 2011. Do some refinement to your results and VOILA! you are ready to apply for jobs.
With rigorous modeling I am sure you will find an answer to your very intriguing question. OR, you may just send your CV to potential employers mailbox regardless of the 'trends'.
