basic less than 2.5k can also get epass. My first job, i have basic of 1.6k only then after adding allowance and so, i got bout 2.5k, i think they look at the whole sum up rather than just basic.

u can hop, no prob, just tender only. for me, i look for job first before i tender.

for me, i try to arrange a time with the company tat wants to interview me.. lets say, saturday, or weekdays after 5p.m to 6p.m. this is to avoid taking leave yet can interview.

depend on how u going to arrange, i am sure they can find a nice time to interview u if they really want u

also, when u go for interview, the interviewer will ask u why u wanna leave ur previous company, u need a good answer for that. Also, if u job hop on probation period or few times per year, people might not take u in their company because they scare u work half way job hop again. They dun wanna waste their time training someone which will not stay in the company for long.

for me, i use jobsdb and jobstreet to search for job. and if u are at singapore, u can read the saturday newspaper i think.

for me, i will put singapore address and use singapore phone number for higher chances on landing on a job.

because i am from sarawak, and when i come to singapore for job hunt, i spend 2 months staying in singapore. During those 2 months, if i put my sarawak address, there will be no reply from any company, lol. but after i put my cousin's address + singapore num, i got some call.
