Coz the agent said tat only Ambank n Eonbank is the panel bank.. however I found out tat UOB and Alliance bank are panel bank as well.. but the agent nvr mention bout it.. is tat mean only Ambank n Eonbank hav the benefit of the free legal fee n stamp duty?

I guess Phase 3 will be opened for booking soon as Phase 2 almost fully booked, left only top floors and some not so nice units. I heard the sales person said Phase 3 will be started at RM320k onwards, so it is about RM20k extra compared to Phase 2 and RM40k higher than Phase 1.
