2. Phase 2. Level 26. Corner unit. Bkt Jalil View

Akisama developer not selling anymore...they sells 2 block at Phase 1...after that all block they let Big House to sell it...

Noted. Ryan, you bought one unit also rite? may I know which bank loan u apply? I quite confusing on this. Coz the agent said tat only Ambank n Eonbank is the panel bank.. however I found out tat UOB and Alliance bank are panel bank as well.. but the agent nvr mention bout it.. is tat mean only Ambank n Eonbank hav the benefit of the free legal fee n stamp duty?

i checked with developer site...Public bank and UOB also panel bank...UOB gives -2.4 and public bank gives -2.5 for first year and -2.4 for following years...

I guess Phase 3 will be opened for booking soon as Phase 2 almost fully booked, left only top floors and some not so nice units. I heard the sales person said Phase 3 will be started at RM320k onwards, so it is about RM20k extra compared to Phase 2 and RM40k higher than Phase 1.
