last time went sales office..a person there tell me that first of march..which is today..phase 2 start for booking...got kinrara view...huhu...
anyway...i think service appartment would be my choice...hopefully there will be starbucks....coffee bean on the shops .... |

phase 1 still available...but no view lah and cheap also.....Block E3 price around 270k and block E2 around 280k...

wow...so many ppl wanna sell and make some money ah...anyway...i dont think i will sell my unit....parklane oug much much cheaper compare to other property nearby like kinrara,bukit jalil..even till puchong....and the most benefits parklane is the LRT kg.Muhibbah which is confirmed LRT station in future...after the building complete..the new LRT station should also complete...just bout 5 minutes walk to the station....and some new roads build for ease access to kesas or bukit jalil etc..after parklane unit is ready and LRT station is ready...i think you can sell with much higher price...
For the high density problem...this is really high density...but i went dynasty garden which is same developer...their security very good...if akisama maintain the standard..that should be no problem...and i heard there is access card for u to go up to residential area... Another news from my colleague which also bought Parklane...there is a lot of famous cafe's bought parklane shoplots...200+ shoplots below...that should give some convenience for parklane residence as well... Most of the buyer is chinese also another good reason for me.. Actually i also did compare within this both.ZR and PL...but PL win in most aspect..
1.Easy Access...Parklane just beside Jalan puchong(jalan puchong soon will be upgraded to 3 lane)..lets say going PJ,it is very visible which have a better access...u may go and search google map for results....even the "purpose" road to link to Jalan 1/155b from bukiit OUG area..also Parklane win... 2.Cheaper Price 3.Cheaper Maintenance (PL0.13,ZR0.20)ZR might be increasing 4.Quite a lot of bad feedback for trinty group(zr developer) but akisama(pl developer) less complains .. 5.200+ shop lots below parklane...buy things easy.. convenience... 6.Still walking distance to LRT...and noise polution not affected by the LRT Added on April 1, 2011, 10:06 am QUOTE(22222222 @ Apr 1 2011, 09:53 AM) The Chinese School look like so near to but actually is far from PL, because not access road direct go to there, u needed to go back 3/155b and turn into it. where is the exact location ya?This post has been edited by RyanTham: Apr 1 2011, 10:06 AM |
