Already reserved one unit..
when i was back there at the site office, i drove to oldtown, just 5 minutes away (heading towards kinrara).. at around 7+pm i drove to ioi mall, minimal traffic also.. maybe infront will be jam as the road too narrow and hope they will widen it by 2014 |

yea i heard that public bank and uob giving that rates. alliance die die also can't offer b-2... =.= i heard stanchart offering b-2.45 but don't know if they are the panel banker... ps: 2 units to let go here.... |

Moderator please don't as those looking to buy can come here or looking to know market value, or the benefits or the awesomeness or lousiness of the project can all come here and read through 41 pages of 50% rubbish and 50% info.
the other thread is also awesome but lacking the info that we have here at this moment so, anyone wanna get my unit |
