Why not you apply to be worker there...then u can build your own house also... when u build ur own unit...can put more cement and make it more concrete....then u can help us to monitor the construction and make sure they build everything in order...

I'm letting go my unit in Phase 1 - Block E3 Level 19. Facing Lake and Kesas...Very strategic unit....Comes with 2 car parks...Low top up...

erm i brought direct from developer with 2 car parks given. teh tarik is enough for me. anyway bad news for me. i cant get loan with LTV 90% cause bank detected i did co-own a prop with family member before (use my name nia le). so i have to let go unless i can come with RM80k. i will go akisama developer office to cancel it. so anyone want my unit just follow me to office monday. NO NEED TOP UP unless Akisama charge me. just return my RM3k booking fee and teh tarik will do. call me at 0166268355. PLEASE DONT PM. just call if sincere.

wowww.....look like slowly.... slowly.....more ppl let go their units.....not a good sign.....somemore phase 2 just launch......more unit waiting to sell

aiyer why like this geh, the other day u went to the Sales Office it was crowded with ppl n stuffs wor..macam ader mega sales geh and now more n more ppl letting go of their unit wor. hmmmm in my humble opinion the price is about right and good for own stay but am not sure about rental yield in the long run since so many neighboring projects abt the complete the same time as Parklane..

Every project sure has penggoreng and real home buyers. It's just normal.

Phase 1 is already sold out. I think Phase 2 should be selling fast now.

I have a unit to let go. ,it's block E2 7th floor corner lot beside playground with 1 car park. 7th floor consider the ground floor since 1-6th floor is parking floor. Booking fee+top up. Pm me if anyone interested.

yest i went to showroom...condition of jalan puchong is just so terrible...once reach show room...really lots of ppl...the show room is nice but small....

i saw there is still units not sold in phase 1...why they advertise fully sold in newspaper ya?and also wondering...why KM1...fully sold in few days..thats much more expensive...parklane sell few month dy...still plenty of choices...not even start selling phase 3...

Some developers considered all who paid deposit as fully sold. By right, after signing s&p only considered the unit sold.

So usually with this tactic, when u go developers office mostly will tell u loan don't go through when u ask why so many units back on the board. Some of the goreng fella loan can't go through because of LTV 70%. The higher the house price, mostly u will see more will go back on the board after paid the deposit.

Dun be so angry of it smile.gif , this is wat we called "property game".

Anywhere i dun thing they are so easy to "goreng" with 4200 units, how many they can to afford to buy? 10, 20 or 30?

I can foresee next 2 phase the buying power will be slow down, not easy to fully sold out.

If you really like this development, u can slowly2 find&shop you dream unit there and bargain with them....maybe u can get another free "gift" neh... tongue.gif . No need to top up here & there.

I would have to agree with you.
This is not called property game, since there is not value added to the home.
If you not sure/dont want the property just dont book. Think 1st.
Property game is more after you sign S&P.

Note : If top up a little (say 1k is acceptable, some are asking 10k) Come on...you want quick buck?
