hi, i got oug parklane in early stage.
7th floor with extra 257 sqft land patio with 2 car parks. Do you think i can sell around RM300k price before i sign the SNP in June? |

haha.. everyone wanna make a buck selling before SNP.

there always investors, but the always those looking for a place call home. as current market is getting peak, its hard to earn from capital gain on apartment or condo. but i foresee a new trend will arise of pigeon hole apartment size 500sqft price 2 rooms ranging rm200k to lock those 1st buyer with 100% financing soon.

no la i think. still remember the time i book only less than 15 units book in 1 Dec. brought 7th floor for RM272k extra patio with 2 car park. now dont know the price. i think the sales people go jack and jack up price already until 300sqft. btw, do anyone know who is the anchor tenant for those shoplots ya? any news?
