just wondering, for affected users only, what is your ip range?

a few months back my ip was 60.xx/118.xx and I encountered similar problem; slowdown between 8pm to 2am the next day...so after numerous complaint made, I managed to get new ip set which is so far brought no problem since then

dis is my ip 175.137.211.24

Mine is 60.46.xx.xx. So far not much problem, but a bit slow...only about 300kb/s now from FileServe....use to get over 400kb/s.....am i capped? Hmm....

Currently I'm 110.159...

Previously, I tried 175, 115, and 118, all the same.

That 4 is the the range I can get. Last time I used to be able to get 60, but somehow I can't get that anymore these days, don't know why

since last week my speed is capped.i thought it was a problem with file hosting server until i read this
4.35pm now and im getting 124 kB/s.in the morning max 70kb.night 40kb.tried in the midnight,max oso 70kb haiz.

The techician just came to my house for testing. The found is the Port problem. They going to the panel to modify. so i was follow them to the panel.

The just plug out and plug in to new connecter only.

and come back to my house, restart my modem.

i wont know it can be last how long, because i was a heavy downloader.

anything JB town area ppl face the same problem. can contact me. i able share the technician number to you.

for those who face the same problem with me, please make complain to TM CS, and make hourly call to them. and request the technicain to your house to check.

That is temporary solution i think.

Guys, just something to update here. I'm downloading iOS 4.2 from Apple website now with max speed, but my download from other webserver seems been throttled by 75%! I just wonder, is tmnuts bypass those well known webserver and only throttle public file sharing IP?

However last night my friend came to my hse to dl some thing using xunlei.. He could get full speed too

I'm experiencing slowdown problems too, started around last week.

I'm in Melaka, on the cheapest package (RM60/ month). Download speeds used to be 60~70KB/s (there was a short period of time when it was 110KB/s, but I guess it was undercapped by accident), but these days, when I download things, the speed will start with a burst of 60KB/s, then goes down to 20KB/s after a few seconds.

This should not be happening at all, because I'm downloading on premium Hotfile account using download accelerators.

Anyone know of a good alternative? I've tried those wireless broadbands, but the bandwidth limit is too small (6 gigs for RM100 per month? Oh please) for me. I'd gladly switch to other ISPs in a heartbeat.

yes, i download from Gov side also no problem show.... but when i connect to my Oversea server, totally lag like hell....


So update my status again,

Call to 100 > 2 (english) > 1 (technical problem) > #

Operator answer me > giving report number > direct transfer to cretical department > submit report again to technician > wait technician reply

This is the stupid job perform by the Tel-Operator

will call back 30mins after...

OMG! Power failure for 3 hours at my area. And guess what, after electricity already ok, my upstream and downstream decrease a lot.... Before this got 5090/512 and after power failure I only got 2048/384! DSL Mode also change from interleaved to fast.... aiyoooo....
