i using JDownloader, that also get same slow too for download Itunes 10.1.2

but if normal download... i can get 120kbps.... i dont know why....

Just called 100 like few mins ago. Info given as - CS mentioned that there is serveral place in Sabah & Sarawak are having undergoing their so call "system upgrading" and there is slow down expected. System up time is unknown but TMnuts side will try their best to resume the service ASAP. vmad.gif

I am downloading file from Hotfile right now, using Internet Download Manager. Average transfer rate is 65KB/sec. I am a 1 MB Streamyx user. mad.gif

CS name: ani (if not wrong)... answer my call... transfer to Critical Department ....... wait till 8.20pm... no ppl answer after transfer....

call to 100 at 8.25pm.

CS name: Daniel, Staff number : VT8604

Transfer to critical department wait to transfer Critical department wait till 8.45pm... no ppl ansfer after transfer....

call to 100 at 8.45pm

i scold to CS... that not only using report .... because since they sent techinicain to my house... also cant solve my problem.....

so the CS cant tahan i keep asking.... and transfer to critical department....

but ....

after my case to critical department....

all my call will transfer direct to Critical deparment... and no ppl serve me... damn.....!!

now call 100 ... wait operator from 8.50pm till now 9.03pm... no ppl answer my call..... icon_question.gif

Well guess what, My speed sudenly went from 90KBps++ to below 10KBps. Great! Just great. I'm calling them now and no one seems to be able to take my call. I figure they're avoiding our calls because they know what would happen if they pick up. This is just ridiculous. My speed does not even reach 10%. If this problem persists until tomorrow, I am so going to skmm. I've been really patient enough for the couple of years because their service only went bad to atleast half of my full speed but this time it's way over the top.

Welcome to TM Blockbuster 4mbps Night Owl Plan.

I started complaining about this months ago only to be ridiculed and answered by "troopers" on this forum showing off about their 4mbps speeds during the day.

I called up TM and they insist that they send technicians to my home for troubleshooting only to go away after looking around aimlessly. Why do you need people to come to my house to check my line when my line stats is consistent throughout the day? This has nothing to do with any physical line issues. It's your server fault or some bandwidth conserving idea which you're not telling the public about.

This very same question was directed to their CEO but he totally avoided answering that part instead answering that his company does not cap their Unifi service plans at the moment.

I hope with all the complains filed to SKMM, they will be able to dig up something out from TM.

transfer to Critical department... wait 15mins... fail....
transfer to 2nd level of customer services.... wait 10 mins... fail....

unable to solve my problem.

He promise me, 2nd level will call back me by today.

Let see the show....

Update on my problem : Managed to get through. The agent said she was going to reset my port but clearly nothing happened. I dont really care, resetting the port does not do any changes. She opened up a report and do all the procedure "talk". Let's see if anyone, at all, turn up and call me.

Yes, the CS told me 2nd level will knock off @ 12am. So he promise me will update the system ask the 2nd level call me back b4 12am. (because all the 2nd level was busy now, too many complain i think)

but i will call on 10pm again.... cry.gif

now download speed drop again....

just now still can get 40kbps...

now drop to 12kbps - 8 kbps.... rclxub.gif
