i was a same problem.... report make on 17 Nov. Till now, TM CS told me will send a technician to my house to verify my problem.... but till now... no news update. Before that told me is Cable problem, Port Problem, Modem problem and Splister problem.

any1 make complain and get solve????

i told to CS i need some1 can come at night time, because i day time im working. will back on 7pm. CS was promise me. But end up,

saturday promise come on morning, no coming.
Sunday promise come on morning but afternoon i call, they say sunday no working, then promise monday.
then monday no coming, because said monday is Johor Holiday. so promise today coming. But after call to JB technical department. They said Full appointment. Wait to confirm and call back me...

i really wan to say : WTF to them....

so now what i can do... just waiting and complain to TM CS again, again and again....

i used Fileserve premier account.... download speed like guest account.... 20kbps at 7pm till 1am....

300Mb movie can't finish download in 1 day.... doh.gif

you should press > 100 > 2 (english) > # > operator will talk with you. normally i wait about 2 mins....

but the answer is very very general ... dont expert they will give you professional technical answer....

pass 2 weeks ago... i still able get 120kbps from fileserv or megaupload instead of previously getting 180kbps...

but now... maximum is 50kbps on 8pm but going to 10pm... the speed will drop to 20kbps or 11kbps...

in this morning, i try the speed test on 6.30am... to singapore server can get 1.55Mb.... but after work to house at 6pm. the speed will drop to 0.5Mb, and after dinner and shower about 7 or 8pm... the speed drop to 0.4Mb ... after facebook and a while at 10pm... the speed drop to 0.2 - 0.3 Mb...

what to do..... cry.gif

share too all buddy here,

After make complain at 100 TM CS. Get the report number. After no technician go to your place.

You can call to JB Streamyx Technical center as number:
07-2281228 for complain and asking for technician.

For other place, i not sure. but belive some 1 can find out please.

just keep chasing them for this issue.

i not playing online gaming... so do not know the states...

but ... Online TV totally can't work.....

but streamyx speedometer like bullshit.... always shown in 1.45Mb... but during actual download... that was getting fail only 20kbps...

speedtest.net is common use in world what.... sweat.gif

i was preparing 3 laptop and 1 destkop, 1 new modem, 1 splister for TM technician come to my house do the testing. the JB techical center promise come down on 4pm this afternoon. will take half day leave to see the streamyx technician perform the professional skill on this case....

those technician come from SPM level i think.... even SPM level student also batter than them....

because what i saw them install modem to my house.. than i know what the knowledge they had. they just know to do normal procedure. if facing too technical problem.... they will start use the phone to call center... and the center operator will start refering the book....

then the SOP will come again if your connection is slow:

Switch off modem for 15secs > on > reconnect > check speed again

2. Disconnect the splister, direct connect > restart modem 15 Secs > on modem > reconnect > check speed again

3. Restart PC > restart modem 15 secs > on modem > reconnect > check speed

if above 3 case cant solve the problem, the TM CS will check you port

1. Please off modem, 15secs open back, operator check port and ask you check speed. if the problem remain.

will send techinican to further solve.


this is SOP of TM 100 CS......

tell you the skill....

note down the TM CS operator name, and she/he superior name. ask for the Techinician name as well also the HP number. and complain direct to the Superior.

Last week thursday, i call them every half hour as call 100 is free. So 1 day i call up to 5 times keep asking the problem when to solve.

now i getting 3 technicain number, name. TM CS name, superior name and JB services Center number, superior number.


then if today no solve, i will make complian again. since im free at night time.... just keep call them chat with them.... and scold them...

and ask for rebate.... biggrin.gif

i know the installer all is out source, and special pointed. means if you are from PJ, u know 1 on PJ installer is good. u also cant ask the installer install streamyx at Damasara. Because different area got different source. if you area the installer is worst (like me), only can said "God Bless You".

but now im contact to JB services center, i not sure this afternoon is TM ppl come or outsource ppl come. Will note down the name and complain if today cant solve this problem at 4pm. (Maybe no come also possible)

hi every1... sorry for late reply.

The techician just came to my house for testing. The found is the Port problem. They going to the panel to modify. so i was follow them to the panel.

The just plug out and plug in to new connecter only.

and come back to my house, restart my modem.

anything JB town area ppl face the same problem. can contact me. i able share the technician number to you.

for those who face the same problem with me, please make complain to TM CS, and make hourly call to them. and request the technicain to your house to check.

That is temporary solution i think.

So update my status again,

Call to 100 > 2 (english) > 1 (technical problem) > #

Operator answer me > giving report number > direct transfer to cretical department > submit report again to technician > wait technician reply

This is the stupid job perform by the Tel-Operator

will call back 30mins after...

will keep update here...

i using JDownloader, that also get same slow too for download Itunes 10.1.2

but if normal download... i can get 120kbps.... i dont know why....

Yes, the CS told me 2nd level will knock off @ 12am. So he promise me will update the system ask the 2nd level call me back b4 12am. (because all the 2nd level was busy now, too many complain i think)

but i will call on 10pm again.... cry.gif

now download speed drop again....

just now still can get 40kbps...
