Make your complain here, they will reply on the next day. I used to suffer 0.5mbps, then they fix it and I'm getting 1.5 contantly, paying the 1mbps bill..Everything happened just 4 days ago since I made the aduan. From what I heard each Aduan will fine TM or any other Telco(Digi, Maxis, p1...etc) if they did not fix the problem However, for International server Im still getting 0.3...
