I still don't understand..if they are really capping the bandwidth,which mostly it seems like they are really doing it now,why TM still bothering to send out the technician and still troubleshooting the user problem on the phone?

btw,i'm on 4Mbps and i can only get back my max speed after 2am and drop to 150kBps in the afternoon.

No point using the VPN,VPN users are having the same problem too..you can read BolehVPN blog for more info and hear they scream with the same sound..but here in LYn is a bit louder.

wow..anybody else using vpn that can confirm that ^ i'm on 4Mbps with 175.145.x.x home line.i'm using vpn too,(pptp) but can max out to 1.6Mbps only at this time.
