depreciation is a fickle issue..at best, its a damage limitation exercise, and yes, it will effect all cars & makes..even the "superior" T & H models..

anywayyyy...for the so call "engine versions" of the 4B11...all i can say is, carmakers dont makes engines the same way as phonemakers release their firmware/OS versions...this is not iOS firmware we're talking about yeah?

please do take note that the power figures for 4B11 in Inspira & the Mitsu ASX are identical (google it up)

Max. Output (kw(PS)/rpm) 110 (150) / 6,000
Max. Torque (Nm(kgm)/rpm) 197 (20.1) / 4,200

well,
mitsu is trying to dissociate the lancer with the inspira
proton initially proclaim they are dif (better) by using lotus tuning, then Lotus made a press release to dissociate themselves from Inspira too, so proton had to make do with proton handling

sorta like - I dun wanna have anything to do with it, coz i know it will make me malu oni kinda thing

mind sharing the source?

can't seem to find it on google

90 k if u sell through direct buyer..but how many buyer want to buy for that amount, here at temerloh someone want to sell his lancer for 100k but only get laughing from buyer ...if anybody want to sell his lancer around 78k or 80k I'm thinking to get it..
*
direct to buyer would definitely yield higher price, but it's just a matter of whether u already have a buyer, willing to find a buyer (ads, etc etc), & doing the paperworks, & some risks (car hijacking, etc) laugh.gif

plus the price also depends on the shop itself, some are conman, some honest types. simple example is when i asked to trade my neo for inspira, most shops asked for rm26k-27k only. so found a shop near my house willing to accept at rm30.5k laugh.gif 4-5k difference woo.. sweat.gif

well, that's just an example lah..
btw, market price (from autoworld, etc is around 33k-37k depending on condition of the car lah) icon_rolleyes.gif

Ya it is identical between inspira & ASX. It may because or ECU mapping Eventhough lancer, inspira and ASX is using same engine but the mapping is different. FYI the ECU code of Inspira is different with Lancer GT. Check the attachment

inspira will be used as benchmark for lancer by used car dealers, so better deal directly or else be prepared to sell under valued, its not fair but thats how its goes, same thing happened to kia carnival when ria launched
*
used car dealers are just taking advantage of the situation.. of course, they will take a lot lower than the market value, say RM60k, but they will still sell it at market rate just to get the fat profit. in fact, this is the common practice hence many ppl prefer to sell themselves (in advert they will say Direct Seller/Owner). smile.gif

lancer owners shouldn't worry, coz the mmc version will be sought after later.

inspira not not using lotus handling. its proton handling. mitsubihi never use lotus handling, since its first batch its still under mitsu handling or proton claims that under its own.
*
this is correct. in fact, proton never claimed that the inspira is lotus tuned. a lot of people misinterpret and did not read the press release completely.. and blindly said that proton tipu.

proton already said that a few years after collaborating with lotus, their own engineers have garnered enough knowledge and they can tune themselves. this is evident in inspira hence they claimed "handling by proton". smile.gif the ride and handling are improved, even got praised by the mmc engineers. but some ppl still living in denial and can't believe malaysians can tune!

Kakaka no government will give up that much cash going into the treasury.

You have a higher chance of getting a job that pays better so that you can own that car even with current prices. Stop dreaming and start working harder.

I think its Affin bank offering the rates you mentioned. Also it depends on the loan amount and your financial background, suggest you go another branch, maybe the bangi branch too many see-see-look-look people.
