you took 90% loan? mine is also maybank but 3.75% for 7 years, and I only took 75k loan not 90%, need to ask them to revise it since now have time to do so, with the delay

Mine 65k loan with 3.4% per year. perhaps no EWP. how to know its with or without?

If you didnt ask for it, then dont have. If you want I think just add 0.2% to the interest rate.

if no ewp, i can get 3.2% for 7 yrs..but i opt for ewp, so get 3.5% for 7 yrs. 45k loan
