yeap... it's a wireless system that comes with the lavs... but we used an AT boom mic instead...
those equipments not mine 1... we rented it from somewhere... cant afford it yet... haih...

i rather get an external preamp than a Zoom recorder... at least it has 2 or 3 mic inputs... since the price is almost the same...

of coz not using AGC... i think all video ppl should know this, rite? haha... i normally test sound 1st... ask actors to speak like normal, then talk louder... then scold ppl... wanna get the perfect level... normally i will set it before yellow bar...

I thought can re-level back in editing?

Oh okay. I'm currently using a cheapo hotshoe shotgun mic, will have to do for now since I don't really plan on going deep into videography. But I'm already finding the hotshoe mount mic quite limited already, but what to do, not gonna spend a few Ks just for audio equipment. Well at least not until I'm 100% going into videography la laugh.gif

Seems like a lot of people recommend the Juicedlink preamps. At least with the preamp the annoying background hiss can be eliminated and can adjust the gain manually while recording.

Yeah I'm using manual audio gain too, but I find it quite difficult not being able to adjust the levels when I'm recording. Most of the time when I record, the voices won't be at a constant volume, but up and down up and down laugh.gif

But on FF, 50mm is my fav focal length  tongue.gif
I got it for RM1.6k, grey set with 1 year warranty. Bought from mitmivec.

Eh, I know la you got the 50L, I can only afford this Sigmalux  laugh.gif
*
Oh that's nice! 1.6k is a pretty good price. I think I'll drop by his shop soon and check it out.

Yeah I have the 50L but the Sigma's also something I've looked into for a long time. Always thought it was very sharp and good. The only concern I really had was a bad copy and the crinkle paint. I just happened to chance upon a 50L at a reasonable price sooner than I got a Sigma. brows.gif

Now that they've fixed the paint I might just get one too. laugh.gif

Absorbs the ultraviolet rays which often makes outdoor photographs hazy and indistinct. A multi-purpose,
fine-weather filter for color as well as black and white films. Also serves as a permanent lens protector.Nowadays, UV filters are primarily used to protect the front element of a camera
