According to the guideline issued by The Ministry of Housing and Local Government, the relevant commencement date for LAD claim should be the date when purchasers paid the booking fees and not the subsequent date when the S&P Agreement was signed.

NB: Sorry, the picture is not very clear. (Source: Ren Ha, Facebook of Residency @ Park 51 Condo)

Anyone please try to post a picture of the problem instead. We can discuss about it.

I had log a official complian to Acmar. They say will talk to project manager.

I'm afraid that they ask me back where is the proof..

Go to the site and take few pieces of the tiles, go to any tile shop and check to confirm it is ceramic or porcelain, that you will have the proof. biggrin.gif

if the project manager / Acmar ask for proof, lets ask them to go visit the site with all of us, the first row, 25 houses has been installed with ceramic tiles on ground floor's bed room, and the whole first floor...only living & kichen with porcelain...

I'm not a owner or buyer for this project but just give my 2cent, hope it helps any owner or buyer. tongue.gif

It is no point going to the project manager, as a project manager, he has already knew it.
The construction drawing with architectural specification laid down everything of what materials, sizes, colors, etc etc BEFORE the contractor execute the work.

Ask yourself how does the contractor got approval on laying the cheap ceramic tiles instead of porcelain tiles ?

This is sample of the 1 x 1 tiles from the site.

It's confirmed they use ceramic tiles.

I had ask some shop. This tiles already ex stock selling at RM1.80 for clearance and the problem is if one of this tiles broken, you may face problem to replace it.
