teck soon... ellis area super senyap la.. very scary at late night... ??? some more BBR shoplot Taipan like dead town la... no business activity only few shoplot is occupied...

cant blame...coz owner VP still pending...plus most owner were flip over investor...so new owner needed wait for own status ..... about BBR shoplot cant deny more regards your view.....this few month i hope more & more ppl move in...otherwise....i'll stay at my old unit first (Damansara) ......ermmm perhaps SB were BZ with thier E&O business so on... tongue.gif

I am praying hard hoping that Ellis/Levena price will drop down slightly lower. tongue.gif sorry guys. If it's going to happen then i will definitely call the agent again. I love them, spacious and just nice for a small family.

Do hope that the Setia Mall would not jack up the house prices in Bukit Raja only... but chances are really slim for this not to happen...

price drop.... rclxub.gif doubt it will happen la.. unless that area BBR is over supply but now seem like demand more than supply la.. you better buy now or few month down when the clock tick to 2012... price will increase. It will increase again when setia mall phase 1 is schedule to complete 3rd quarter next year. whistling.gif

Yeah man, that i am pretty sure. sad.gif atm im staying behind setia mall. the houses here from 350k had shoot up to 480k. From the way i look at it.. Once TopGlove office lot is up.. Setia Mall is up, here could easily fetch 650k.

but BBR pollution during morning were terrible , so i guess no morning activities around this area...


Added on September 22, 2011, 5:13 amthere were rumuors that two pollutant factories will shut down.......we see how these news goes by... smile.gif

anyone here interested in shoplot.. it launching soon.. wonder how is the
sale and the future potential of the area looking at the current Taipan shoplot look like dead town..

went to BBR just now and asked one of the sales consultant about it...he said theyre making a traffic light at the junction..not a fly over...sigh.... sad.gif

traffic light... means more people will q at the traffic light for U turn lah... and the bukit raja entransce will be forever jam..... I notice all the big longkang in BBR are very full with stagnant water.. seem like the water are not flowing anywhere.. wonder will it flood if continously rain for one or 2 day....

wait for all houses VP meand in 2 or 3 years lah.. damn slow development. current shoplot also like dead town.. only those kuci kuci kedai runcit and old skool barber shop interested in opening shop there... damn lousy...

the current Taipan and the future commercial phase facing Jalan Meru should be sufficient to serve the BBR community, imo they should instead build houses on the land next to Avani to increase the headcounts to sustain Taipan.

I've been meaning to ask that... why do many cars make a U turn at the entrance to haji sirat there....? hmm.gif

Not sure how the new traffic light will hold up, perhaps it will be sufficient?

On another note, I have seen Gov project plan of another highway connect to the stretch before the proposed traffic light. This could be the reason why flyover plan was not feasible.

can but you have to wait 2 days, outstation atm.

I remember the interchange is near Persiaran Setia Prima, the highway extends southeast using current Selat Klang Highway, go thru Sg. Rasau, next interchange is Jln Kebun ...
