anyone here bought Petunia? Few weeks ago, a real estate agent called to inform that there's a ready buyer at RM430k. Anyone received such phone call? Am seriously thinking of selling it. Started staying in Klang since 3 months ago and really cannot stand driving so far everyday. Perhaps I will sell after I get the keys. Seems like price is still shooting up.
Hope banks will start flocking in. Public Bank (cuz Setia Alam doesn't have) and a few other foreign banks will be awesome! |
