great! this is one of the best shop so far. Hopefully more n more good tenant will be coming in to BBR township after the completion of PALOMA, FUEGO and DELMARA. At least few banks perhaps..

At Bukit Raja Klang Taipan commercial area, I saw:

1) A clinic
2) A hardware shop
3) A Chinese kopitiam at a corner shop
4) A car wash + burger stall
5) 2 sundry shops
6) 2 offices
7) A Nasi Bryani at a corner shop

Under renovation:
1) An optical shop (beside hardware shop, rumor, not confirmed)
2) Hair Salon
3) Speedmart 99

Other business in discussion with shop owners (need to confirm):
1) 1 fastfood pizza company
2) 1 foreign bank (need Bank Negara approval)

Please add the above list if I miss out any.

ask me to pay another 10%...must
go n chase them. Otherwise might charge me interest.

anyone here bought Petunia? Few weeks ago, a real estate agent called to inform that there's a ready buyer at RM430k. Anyone received such phone call? Am seriously thinking of selling it. Started staying in Klang since 3 months ago and really cannot stand driving so far everyday. Perhaps I will sell after I get the keys. Seems like price is still shooting up.

Hope banks will start flocking in. Public Bank (cuz Setia Alam doesn't have) and a few other foreign banks will be awesome! rclxms.gif

In my opinion, the offer is on the low side. Fair value should be around 480k upon completion.
My friend sold his house in SA last month, 20x65, built up 1900sqft for 520K. Heard latest transacted price is 550k recently. Anyway, this is just my opinion and things might change for the next 12 months. Hopefully change to better. biggrin.gif

info for setialam subsale houses easy to find, not so easy for bbr so far...
would be good to have some actual transacted prices for the older phases in bbr. anyone?

Firstly, I'm a lady tongue.gif

Second, my workplace is about 40 KM from my house. But I start my journey very early in the morning to avoid. Takes about one hour. More if rain or roadblocks and etc....

Bro, not forget...it should be the job
of SD to call us to pay. I had same issue.
Now u got to chase your lawyer to provide
SD the letter of undertaking from bank to SD.
Make sure all doc complete, otherwise
they just leave it there...n u got to pay for interest.

I thought pay MOT and registration MOT when u received the stamp S&P agreement. Why so late only pay MOT? Ur sales agent never inform you about that??
