cant blame...coz owner VP still pending...plus most owner were flip over investor...so new owner needed wait for own status ..... about BBR shoplot cant deny more regards your view.....this few month i hope more & more ppl move in...otherwise....i'll stay at my old unit first (Damansara) ......ermmm perhaps SB were BZ with thier E&O business so on... tongue.gif

but BBR pollution during morning were terrible , so i guess no morning activities around this area...


Added on September 22, 2011, 5:13 amthere were rumuors that two pollutant factories will shut down.......we see how these news goes by... smile.gif

just back from BBR....they checked me twice as i go in twice.....kindda dedicated security. ...perhaps its about to VP so quite doing jobs..or maybe they know im the owner there so they " lakonan semata2 " ...... lock thinking to install alarm system....bagus ka?

dear Mair, i been travelled there twice in the morning at 9am and 11 am....both i did experince uneasy with the air quality in BBR....anyway i'm not an investor but indeed going to stayed there soon.....which area did u stay Mair?

perhaps the town council need to answer.....but i hope this BBR will bring spark to this klang district......maybe more resident here (BBR) should stand up and voice the matter....( only Gods know ) how and when......Neobita...its true Shah Alam psf is indeed expensive....so like a new player like me....thinking to go far abit consider Kajang ....any idea those sifu..(sorry abit out of this forum , pardon me smile.gif )

come and join us in BBR Kidmad....as you look into master plan in BBR SD bring up...it will be more expensive when expand later (even though now seems slow )

5 tahun perkara biasa di lihat....except SD commitment in volatile here , as healthy demand still progress....if the current trend likely to rallied further on...we even can see it less than 5 years, nevertheless my clients do always say so " ekonomi tarak baik" but from BM 3 series changed to 5 series, buying million property....perspektif i ialah no spending economic tak jalan.... biggrin.gif
