flyover project proceed but maybe take time..it will cost 40mil according to JKR..

golf course 18holes, project proceed since SD already pay US consultant for some million.

there have a plan to relocate Hos Ampuan Rahimah near Klang Sentral. SD already meet Mentri Besar, but i think its impossible..

595k personally its still a good buy - if compared to Setia (618k 20x70 nia)...
but then again... it's down to the address (Klang vs Shah Alam)...
Very lucky that i had my fuego phase 1 much earlier... smile.gif
And i have to agree - price is really shooting up...
2.5s lakeside will probably priced "nicely" abt 700k mark...
*
looking at how prices are increasing nowadays..i think 700k for 2.5 lakeside is reaaaaaally cheap. dont u think so?

wonder what is ESRB / EKSB project near the twin stone tower in the main entrance is all about? A flyover perhaps? :hurm:

went to BBR just now and asked one of the sales consultant about it...he said theyre making a traffic light at the junction..not a fly over...sigh.... sad.gif
