hi there fellow forummer,

is there any hope for a flyover from Meru (tesco side) straight away to bukit raja entrance (at the big dual stone gate)?

There once was a traffic light where I saw some people (dangerously) use to cross to the other side. Nowadays, they block the road gap with big stone block divider...

went to BBR just now and asked one of the sales consultant about it...he said theyre making a traffic light at the junction..not a fly over...sigh....  sad.gif

A traffic light? man so dissappointing... well, at least there's something rather than go all the way up to jalan haji sirat... sad.gif

traffic light... means more people will q at the traffic light for U turn lah... and the bukit raja entransce will be forever jam..... I notice all the big longkang in BBR are very full with stagnant water.. seem like the water are not flowing anywhere.. wonder will it flood if continously rain for one or 2 day....
I've been meaning to ask that... why do many cars make a U turn at the entrance to haji sirat there....? hmm.gif

I've been living in BBR near to 4 years & don't experience terrible pollution during morning as you claim. Where you get your facts? Did you live here anyway?
If don't have concrete facts to support your statement please don't simply post.
One more thing, every morning i pass by BBR lake to go to work & always see somebody at the lake doing some activities be it jogging, exercising or whatever..
About the air quality, I think it depends on oneself... I lived in shah alam for more than 20 years. For me, the air in shah alam is so much nicer than here in BBR. Even now, whenever I visit my relatives in Shah Alam, I feel the air in Shah Alam so much soothing and cooler. nod.gif I personally think that MPK cares zit about the environment hmm.gif , I mean, look at all the trash threw about all around BBR, and if you've been to the road below the flyover in jalan haji sirat, you could see trash all over the place shakehead.gif . When I was in Shah Alam, its really hard to see any trash whatsoever on the road, whereas in Klang, its hard NOT to see any. sad.gif

Its either the mentality of the residents living here, or the Council, dunno who to blame. Just hope that we can all together commune to a more healthy and clean environment. icon_rolleyes.gif

true also neobita...talk bout quality of living is wide.....not complain bout BBR....just my own view....perhaps one day i could be Shah Alam resident

For me, Shah Alam is really a nice place to live in... though you might need to fork out more money in order to buy the house there (expensive!) sweat.gif
Anyway, time has passed and I really do love my current house here in BBR wub.gif , I hope and pray that in time, the environment would be cleaner, and MPK would do their job more efficiently. Lets work together to make BBR a wonderful place to live in ya? If not for us, for our children... smile.gif

I've been working in shah alam for 9 years, studying 3 years, & don't feel any difference between air quality in BBR & Shah alam..
However, i felt very good air quality fresh & relaxing in 2 township in shah alam that is at Bukit Bandaraya develop by Lebar Daun & Bukit Jelutong maybe due to close proximity to Bukit Cerakah Forest Reserve.
*
You say you work in shah alam and study there, may I know in which area? Section 7? I lived near section 18 and 19. This area is filled with those gigantic trees that provide shades and make my morning much nicer, maybe due to their release of oxygen laugh.gif . Whereas in BBR (maybe due to the fact that this place is still new and the trees here are still infant) that I feel my breathing heavier than in SA sad.gif . But it can also be the sign of me getting old sweat.gif . Nonetheless whenever I return to shah alam to visit my relatives there, I could feel the air again, the same air that makes my breathing more efficient and heart calms... maybe its a sign of me getting younger (at heart) tongue.gif

Neobita RM 480k now for RM 470k dah abis....sememangnya gold mine...
shocking.gif

I won't be surprised. But anyway, some of my friends here in BBR tried to refinance their house that was bought at RM200K, the highest the bank could refinance was at RM299K, unable to exceed the RM300K mark. So, how could a 299K house goes far beyond the value of 400K? Any gurus here wanna share their property knowledge?

Neobita... min to share how is the unifi being install in your house.. I mean the wiring.. how do they place it.. as i know that the washing are / backyard should have a white box hanging on the wall and a covered floor opening with wire inside.. how do they link this 2 thing.. where do you place your unifi unit...? You stay in Ellis..??
No, I don't mind. smile.gif

1) There were 2 contractor teams working on the same unifi installation.
2) One team will be pulling the cables from outside (for me, at the back of the house) and terminate it into a box inside / outside the wall of your house (they would not be using the old telephone box)
3) At the same time, another team (the second team) was working inside my house. As the box for my case is outside, so they did a little drilling (a hole about as big as a 50cent coin) to pull the cable inside from the box outside.
4) The second team later drilled another hole about the same size of the first towards the living room.
5) The cable is then pulled inside the BTU / VDSL2 unit and then they installed all the other equipments, the DLINK router (or as they fancied it as RG or Residential Gateway), the HyppTV box, and the Dect Phone.

I don't stay in Ellis smile.gif , its too high for my blood. sweat.gif

Words of advice, its important for the one (in your family that wants the unifi installation) to be in the house during the installation. As this is not your typical streamyx installation and there are lots of customization options and technical -esque aspects to be considered, such as the length of cable, the positioning of the router / Hypptv unit and etc.

For me, as there were things along the way that needed moving (sofa, cabinets and arranging back the equipments) its abit of a chore sweat.gif , but seeing how downloading a file of 199 mb takes only 10 - 12 minutes, is definitely worth it.... nod.gif . Not to mention tons of PSN demos I managed to download just overnight. rclxms.gif

Hope that helps abit...

dear forumers... I've been watching closely the progress of the constructions in front of the main entrance to BBR. It seems that the volume of construction done is just too big for just traffic lights. and if you look from the main entrance towards the opposite roads... you could see constructions going all the way towards the trees... and another route heading back to elise...

it seems that they are already starting the West Coast highway project if I'm not mistaken...anyone wanna shed some light on this project?

Semalam pigi BBR ... lepas hujan lebat around 9pm.. semasa berada di BBR.. area I notice OH MY GOD water level kat both side lake is damn full and up to max already.. approxiamately another 0.5 feet to touch the tree grow along side of the lake .. waktu itu masih hujan renyai...
lepas traffic light menghala ke flat Longkang besar tepi jalan belakang sales gallery is overpour already..... lepas itu belok kanan menghala ke area perumahan dan notice ke semua longkang sudah sampai max..... air tak mengalir... too bad tak bawak camera.... Net visit mesti mau bawa camera tangkap gambar.....
*
I can clarify this, as I couldn't even get to my house due to the overflow (had to do a major detour). And some people even having car breakdowns... kinda sad really, I hope that SD would focus more on the water flow control.... worry if the situation continues sad.gif

Agree with your words..SD must study the drain system thoroughly / why water is not flowing at all..?? .. otherwise.. Delmara owner wil have big big problem.. because their house is just next to the lake .....  brows.gif

Added on November 2, 2011, 11:38 am

If SD do not improve the drainage system. this place will have high possibility of flood if heavy rain & thunder storm strike...
*
but for future buyers... rest assured as I think this situation is just for the time being... I have stayed here for almost 5 years and this is the first time this happens. I think its due to the speedy construction been going near the entrance which happens to effect the drainage flow.. not to mention the rains that kept on showering us these past few days... Its rarely for this part of Klang to receive such heavy pour..

That consider ok liao! come to setia alam, the few small lake here ALL flooded! some even reaches to the SEAT! the tree already being covered with Water. Looks scary to me seems like if it would to rain whole day.. i am pretty sure it will flood both sides of the road and the house in impiana 1 2 and 3
*
Hope future conditions would be better for us... BBR or Setia, I really wish that SD and SP Setia would learn from the TTDI shah alam incident (the biggest flood Shah Alam ever felt)

Hi guys, just want to ask. what is the current market price for a double storey 20x65 in BBR? and whether this price affects those houses bought in the first or second phase of BBR?

thanks/regards
