Any Fuego owner here? I bought on the very first day and all documents signed. Yesterday SD send the first progress billing to me. However bank informed developer has not release the MOT, hence payment can't be disbursed.

Anyone else on the same boat?

Gave Sime a call a while ago, turned out all Fuego buyer are facing the same problem.
The legal department promised to process the MOT by month-end. I was shock with this statement, if I don't call, they will not process it?

If no payment made, 10% interest for outstanding balance.

Oh Sime...

Not sure how the new traffic light will hold up, perhaps it will be sufficient?

On another note, I have seen Gov project plan of another highway connect to the stretch before the proposed traffic light. This could be the reason why flyover plan was not feasible.

that would be the proposed West Coast Highway, it's printed on the klang valley map that I have.

Can scan and post the small part? Would like to know exactly where it will be connected.

You gotta fill me on that, can't find any 22x75 for below 500k unless you are talking about very earlier phases. Please PM me if you do not want to reveal here. Thanks.

Toyota IQH is actually nearer to Setia Alam... nearby NKVE last toll booth in Klang.

Bandar Bukit Raja and Bukit Raja are two different places, although quite near to each other.

is the place flooded now? or yet to happen?

to be fair to sime, the whole place is still under massive construction with multiple concurrent developments. i am sure sime will get all sorted out once the township is fully developed. furthermore, there are another phase of lake side superlink which sime has yet to launch. they need to keep up the reputation or else they will not sell anything.

as a courtesy, sime has also sent out letters to inform the residents. we should appreciate it instead of keep bashing. as that will not help anything, but in turn will ruin the value of our own house once the rumours spreaded out.

understand all of your concern, we should instead divert our concern to sime property customer care and see what is their take on this issue.

please post up any photos which you think could be a problem and i will try to contact sime and get an official feedback from them.

Why chase them? You don't have to pay for interest due to their delays, just enjoy the "interest-free" period... but to be on safe side, drop them an email regarding the delay and ensure it is not your solicitor problem.

Any Fuego owners found the quality of work is not up-to-par?
Painting is bad, nevermind. Tiles in kitchen table top, washroom are all badly done, totally unacceptable.

I have seen one house with upper floor leaking all over and damaging all wood flooring.

Dear All
Appreciate every owner of recent launches i.e. Paloma/Fuego/Avani/Delmara/Delora can share the contact and honest opinion of renovation contractors.
Do share with us.

Currently, I have met one "Mr Ong" who has his contact in Orange pasted in some houses that he in-charge of renovation, particularly wet-work, but unsure of his workmanship.
He claimed to have done up a lot of houses in Bukit Raja.

this "bukit raja" station sounds like somewhere near Icity or Aeon, not "Bandar Bukit Raja".
