if traffic flow is high when the highway opens, a flyover is the only solution ... but might be built at Jln Haji Sirat, barrier divider along Jln Meru and no right turn to Jln Meru (heading towards Klang town) from Persiaran Sungai Keramat

but BBR pollution during morning were terrible , so i guess no morning activities around this area...

I've been living in BBR near to 4 years & don't experience terrible pollution during morning as you claim. Where you get your facts? Did you live here anyway?
If don't have concrete facts to support your statement please don't simply post.
One more thing, every morning i pass by BBR lake to go to work & always see somebody at the lake doing some activities be it jogging, exercising or whatever..
More crowd could be seen in the weekends especially in the morning & evening.
Notice lesser activities nowadays at the lake beside delmara maybe due to near construction..

cant blame...coz owner VP still pending...plus most owner were flip over investor...so new owner needed wait for own status ..... about BBR shoplot cant deny more regards your view.....this few month i hope more & more ppl move in...otherwise....i'll stay at my old unit first (Damansara) ......ermmm perhaps SB were BZ with thier E&O business so on... tongue.gif

Added on September 21, 2011, 2:45 amsuper senyap.... maybe i keep few dogs to cheerish the area... tongue.gif

Start to notice BBR sales got many interested buyer starting from petunia, paloma, fuego, delmara, & avani. The hottest one i think maybe avani since there were massive crowd that i never seen before at the sales gallery..
Maybe spill over effect from bandar setia alam i guess.
I also think sime should build residential instead of shoplot next to Avani (as original plan layout)..

1 of my neighbour still havent move in (4 years after VP) just because there is no school here..
Hopefully with the new traffic light junction, sime would connect the road to new Setia alam primary & secondary school.
Then maybe more crowd would move into BBR.

Just want to share a BBR plan (subject to change of course), showing a junction at Jln Meru & Sungai Keramat (to opposite development with another lake & lakeside project; and land left empty for the highway

It is true that Bukit Raja Taipan is like a dead town now. It is not hard to know the reasons.

The first phase of commercial area was launched in April 2008 and second phase in Aug 2008, which was the start of the economic downturn. Ever since then, until late 2009/early 2010, Sime Darby decided not to launch any more new houses.

It was a very quiet 12-month period from Dec 2008 till Dec 2009.

You will see almost no new houses handed over now (as new houses are supposed to be completed within 36 months).

Not many new completed houses are handed over now, mean, you hardly see any new residents.

Without any increase of population, businessmen prefer to wait and see.

Good thing is that, within the next 12 months, upon handover of many new houses, things will change.

Taipan shops were handed over between Nov 2010 and Feb 2011. Taipan USJ and Kota Damansara took about 2 to 3 years to see business booming. The current Setia Alam shops took about 3 years to reach where it is now.

In short, just a matter of time.

I'm staying in Jln Makyong.
You travel here twice everyday?

I had experience bad air quality before when was staying at Bandar Putera Klang (near bandar puteri) due to open burning at jalan kebun.
Those time even want to breathe also hard lor..
Compare to Bandar Putera, I think it is much better at BBR here..

About the air quality, I think it depends on oneself... I lived in shah alam for more than 20 years. For me, the air in shah alam is so much nicer than here in BBR. Even now, whenever I visit my relatives in Shah Alam, I feel the air in Shah Alam so much soothing and cooler. nod.gif I personally think that MPK cares zit about the environment hmm.gif , I mean, look at all the trash threw about all around BBR, and if you've been to the road below the flyover in jalan haji sirat, you could see trash all over the place shakehead.gif . When I was in Shah Alam, its really hard to see any trash whatsoever on the road, whereas in Klang, its hard NOT to see any. sad.gif

Its either the mentality of the residents living here, or the Council, dunno who to blame. Just hope that we can all together commune to a more healthy and clean environment. icon_rolleyes.gif

For me, Shah Alam is really a nice place to live in... though you might need to fork out more money in order to buy the house there (expensive!) sweat.gif
Anyway, time has passed and I really do love my current house here in BBR wub.gif , I hope and pray that in time, the environment would be cleaner, and MPK would do their job more efficiently. Lets work together to make BBR a wonderful place to live in ya? If not for us, for our children... smile.gif
