perhaps the town council need to answer.....but i hope this BBR will bring spark to this klang district......maybe more resident here (BBR) should stand up and voice the matter....( only Gods know ) how and when......Neobita...its true Shah Alam psf is indeed expensive....so like a new player like me....thinking to go far abit consider Kajang ....any idea those sifu..(sorry abit out of this forum , pardon me

HUH... early phase putra height houses design .. a bit retro style leh....somemore already more than 7 years... buy now sure many repair and touch up.. or major reno... mean more $$ burn.. better buy new unit...further more putra height also no much development for the pass 10 years.. only Giant move in and few row of shoplot plus some semi D... slow in development la...

come and join us in BBR Kidmad....as you look into master plan in BBR SD bring up...it will be more expensive when expand later (even though now seems slow )

i thought Avani development fast..now can see they installed roof for south facing houses.
