Actually, it depends where u stay.
Nowadays, nothing is consider far. For avani, there free legal fees for s&p. Current rate given by uob and maybank is -2.4. |

Yep, I missed out a few opportunities as well.
Should have bought during 2009, but waited n waited. If see a good deal, then should take it. BBR is not cheap, but looking at the master plan, house design and current market condition. It's pretty ok. Have to wait a few years to grow as I understand that there is taipan in BBR. Next launch is 3 storey link house about rm700k++. BBR is also near to setia alam. True, but looking at market condition and rising
building material, it's going to be difficult. Perhaps, got to wait for economic downturn or over supply issue. There's other options as well, where prices are cheaper and less demand area. Definitely, it's a crazy market. Very few developer are building double storey. |
