price drop.... doubt it will happen la.. unless that area BBR is over supply but now seem like demand more than supply la.. you better buy now or few month down when the clock tick to 2012... price will increase. It will increase again when setia mall phase 1 is schedule to complete 3rd quarter next year.

perhaps the town council need to answer.....but i hope this BBR will bring spark to this klang district......maybe more resident here (BBR) should stand up and voice the matter....( only Gods know ) how and when......Neobita...its true Shah Alam psf is indeed expensive....so like a new player like me....thinking to go far abit consider Kajang ....any idea those sifu..(sorry abit out of this forum , pardon me )

Morgiah... banjir sudah mau mari di BBR.. hari hari hujan.. mesti air longkang naik lagi... SD mesti mau buat sesuatu.. macam mana mau compaint huh..?

Semalam pigi BBR ... lepas hujan lebat around 9pm.. semasa berada di BBR.. area I notice OH MY GOD water level kat both side lake is damn full and up to max already.. approxiamately another 0.5 feet to touch the tree grow along side of the lake .. waktu itu masih hujan renyai...
lepas traffic light menghala ke flat Longkang besar tepi jalan belakang sales gallery is overpour already..... lepas itu belok kanan menghala ke area perumahan dan notice ke semua longkang sudah sampai max..... air tak mengalir... too bad tak bawak camera.... Net visit mesti mau bawa camera tangkap gambar.....
