I don't think anyone can give you an answer. The best thing to do is to go there around 8am+ or 9am to secure a good place and get the ticket earlier.

Maxis will give you the MICRO SIM when you purchase the iPhone - FOC. Not sure how long this FOC will go on for.

@vez - I know for sure you can buy EXTRA 1 iPhone. You gotta try your luck

They cut mine into microsim (no cost)... but the edge of the chip also kena trim.
so they say try first.. if any problem will replace FOC.

Top 60 here too. I was at counter number 6, then they pulled me to counter 3." since it was empty.

Got back and I was pretty lucky. While the rest was busy trying to win prizes I just decided To stay at the entertainment corner, which happened to be right next to the registration hall entrance. Then suddenly all Everyone was crowding to get into the registration hall and I just moved quickly to the entrance.


To cut a long story short, I got to buy the iPhone 4 with the prepaid. It was actually really not allowed and I just have to thank the kind lady at the counter to be helpful. She did the right thing, in the end it was about making the customer happy.

As luck had it I even had the opportunity to be given the phone by one of the big shots. I hope my pic didn't come up. LOL! I want to keep a low profile, just in case someone else came up and challenged my purchase.

All in all I want to thank all those who have given precious info that has helped me to get my dream phone locally.-> stringfellow, tinkerbell, robin (even though last2 I ended up not cutting with you , the girl at the counter was kind enough to lend me the cutter.)
