QUOTE(JasonKid @ Sep 23 2010, 01:18 PM) Just call up Maxis and inquiry about the 0% Interest Easy Payment. Did u ask them is the installment plan available at the garden launching. She said that all bank credit card payment can be done with 0% Interest Easy Payment. And asking even you register booking with iValue but you change your mind wish to apply another plan, it's possible. Also she confirm with me if you get booking, then you can pick up iPhone 4 for sure, not just paying up front and waiting. Don't know whether is true or not, because i call few times, the answer i get always is different, but today their CS hotline just update with a iPhone 4 inquiry selection, the information will be more accurate or not still don't know >.< |

today i received sms from maxis saying that my credit approx rm200 which is rm266.00
i had a new bill dated today about rm148.00 Maxis also charge me rm118.00 as of today. I quickly called up customer service to clarify. There is a flaw in their system. They noted and taken necessary action on the billing system. Did you guys encounter such issue today? |
