Good luck!! for me also same thoughts.. they rushing for the 36 months penalty. but i go argue with this, they just smile, and in S&P stated they have the right to issue the VP. question back to the Architect, how they sign off with such kind of condition in the common areas. as latest information, SOHO 1 purchaser might get the reimbursement due to the late delivery . as Master approval plan. the unit must completed on 22nd Feb 2013 (send out VP with approve from Architect) yesterday, site survey, all mattress and sofa already moving in for SOHO 2. brand: GOOD NITE. light green colour for sofa. TV and Fridge need to collect after the settle all the payment by voucher (ESH electrical shop), hearding is the LCD 32inch sharp tv. |

just back from the Empire Damansara SOHO 2 VP.
summary: workmanship not really impressive. and i like the sharing lobby of odd and even floor. there is small hanging around area. you need the access card to access your floor only. at floor 28,29,30 confirmed with a Skybar where renovation in progress. share some pics here.
