Can you briefly tell me the step to do it???
I know need to fill up the TNB autobill form, the form doesn't indicate which name to be filled.
CC holder name or biller name??
*
Just go to any Kedai Tenaga and fill in the form. You only need to state clearly the TNB account number, your cc number, your name as per IC, name of the bank that issued your cc, card expiry date and your signature.

I received my OCBC Titanium MC on 7/9 and started using the card on 8/9. However, until today I have yet to receive the security pin number.

On a separate note, my SCB e-statement shows that RM50 service tax was charged on my new Preferred Banking World MC on 8/9. But I have yet to receive the physical card.

For SCB, when the time I sign up for their Priority Banking VI, it took about 1 month to received the physical card. doh.gif

Once they have approved the card, they immediately charged me RM50 service. They should not charge me the service tax so fast since they have not even issued the card yet.

Also, for my JustOne cc, they charged me the service tax one month before my card anniversary date. While my Amex charged me the service tax 2 weeks after its anniversary date.

Auto-pay need to fill up the form for different companies then send it back.
quite trouble...
*
Most banks have prepared an appropriate form for Autopay purpose. All utilities in one form, very convenient.

QUOTE(alexwsk @ Sep 18 2010, 10:44 AM)
you can always pay thru the merchant's website
*
TNB makes up the biggest portion of my expenditure, sadly TNB website does not accept credit card payment. The only way is autopay.

QUOTE(travelyew @ Sep 18 2010, 11:08 AM)
Is it auto pay only eligible which the biller name must same with the card holder name???
*
Not necessarily.

I might be wrong. I am the CC holder but I filled with biller name (not me), and things went smoothly.

guys..how do you make payment using cc for utilities (TNB & syabas)?
Do you have to go to their counter?
btw..Im using cimb  card..thanks
*
If you want to pay tnb bills using cc, just go to tnb center payment counter.
Take note that they will not accept cc payment if you pay telekom bill at tnb center payment counter.
For syabas, go to syabas branch.

i suppose so.
Anyway, even though the autopay application was processed without a problem, that did not mean all things were done correctly. Because it is TNB, nothing is impossible, no mistake cannot be made.

Don't expect too much from GLC.
Most Kedai Tenaga's credit card terminals are faulty. KTMB too! I never have used cc but cash to purchase ticket at KTMB counter. The staff just don't care.

Wow, it really is ANY. Sorry I missed that word.

Is there any existing user of PAYONLINE here?
Look forward to hearing your experience.

I am using payonline. You might need to visit the website to see a list of available merchants..

it does not accept tnb..
it does accept payment to local government as well such as dbkl

Yes, it is correct, any master/visa card can be used to pay.. no AMEX..
