Good for sharing  I had visited the sell office yesterday and visit land site this morning... Price, design, concept GOOD. land area, business shoplot, entrance road BAD still consideration whether to place booking RM5K this 1st April??? |

Look careful that area have 3 development going on. Z have 4 blocks plus the other 2 developer 4 blocks. total 8 blocks sit site by site.
Imiging future the trafic flow. good luck those already booked. |
