You can start eyeing block B dy.. I was there this morning and 8899 ady for block A..
There are a couple more 1400sf ones at the higher floors, some might fancy them for the L shape balcony if buying for own stay..

So what's everyone's take on z-residence? Would you rate the prospect as decent enough nw that the prices are out?

Haha.. undecided har .. me too. Lrt lured my fren but he does not like the surrounding.
Someone dissected this place, got good + bad. Up to u which to prioritise.
The sales staff is very gungho about response even yesterday, so u know wat to do if u already want this project. Its very personal ..

For me the ultimate factor is the high capex required. Unless the prospect is decent enough the capital can be put to better use. I can even factor in subsale deals with that outlay..

The surrounding play a lesser part for me. 3 mid-higher end development entering the area plus access road eventually will be there.. Things can only change for the better.

What bout other guys/gals what's your take?

Just came back from Zest office. Block A is almost 80% booked. Almost 95% 1200++ sqft have been booked, left those units like beside the water tanks, below the sky lounge and first 2 floors units.

There are still quite some choices for units 1400++ sqft which starts from 440,000 I think. It is still below 320 per sqft overall. However, when block B opened on Friday, it will be definitely 320persqft and above.

Early bird rebate is 3% discount plus free air accounts for all rooms and hall. biggrin.gif

You can book the units now in fact.

Not every project is a buy mode. There are numerous heavyweight in some of the projects as well, I doubt they are as naive as you think wink.gif

status update:
Block A 90% was sold...

pool view fully sold out

how come so fast sold out before friday?
becoz all been grabbed by trinity business partner like lawyer/ banker and staffs/friends

they "claimed" confirm start from RM320psf
