been to mapex yesterday...4 block with launching of block A > B > C > D..
block D with most impressive view of klcc from sky lounge..but also most exp...

zr will build the access road at their vicnity...the remaining will be build by other developer (kr and max), then this will join to lrt access road to jalan 1/155b...

actually i dont have any guideline with me..but i remember reading somewhere that there need to be a buffer of at least 500m (?) between a big building (lrt / ktm / bus station) with housing area as the noise will cause noisee pollution..
you can try google, think you can find it..and other country also have the same law...
but bolehland..anything also boleh jalan..
