Congrats to those who manage to get Z Residence, to those who could not, you can opt for the project next door if you really like the area, of course with reasonable pricing.

I might be dropping my unit (still thinking), as I need to bet with the government so that the LRT extension will be performed. Otherwise, the entrance will not be so proper.

Been to the site, seen the kereta potong shop...and saw the indian school...the light industrial park there is like dying.

Need to think....

Just would like to ask LRT will work 24 hours per day?

C&C, do you think the government is stupid? What they want is money, nowaday got so many developer invest in this area, the land price should be increase. They will sell the land to the developer to get money as what our PM told, government no fund now.

I have saw some road project start near the kesas highway which is go into the ZR project and KR project.

Anyway, this is my opinion.

Any available unit left?

if not mistaken only block A and block D got, each block only got 20 units
agreed~! IMHO, block A pool view unit is the best choice after take into considering those HTC, C&C and highway....

Anyone here still got any news on the PRICE INCREASE in final confirmation eventhough PAID THE DEPOSIT?

They have the rights to do so...written in the deposit agreement.

Anyone call the SA regarding this?

If they really increase, this will make a very big fuss in terms of their popularity..."Chao Kar Developer"....

for me personally,... i will put out for sure if they do that...

I doubt they will do that for those buyers who have paid the deposit based on Zest experience. They have increased the price several times from launching Block C till Block A but the prices for the buyers who have paid the deposit are not affected. So do not get panicked.

KR and ZR are almost on the same location but one is Freehold and the other is Leasehold?

Yeah hope so...

Ya, I even found one particular Taman in Old Klang Rd which has freehold and leasehold (a single project), and a few houses has 2 titles, portion of the hse is freehold and and remaining is leasehold, very unbelievable!
