If you are not too picky and willing to buy subsales, many condos out there 200+k at pretty good locations....

I dont think those are condos, probably decent apartments at pretty good locations starting from 200+k smile.gif

BJ Arena Green going 200k+, if lucky can get golf view summore...

Unofficial inside news I heard in 2009, no longer gazetted for cemetery, sold to private party. It's is a valley, location good

haha...yea, no bullets edi + very busy with work, hence have been off the prop radar for awhile. havent heard abt anything re the ladang bkt jalil cemetery but the last i heard (circa 2009 / 2010) was that the land was sold to a third party and the cemetery plan has been aborted. tried googling but to no avail.

anyway, no worries la...i doubt the current private owner of the land would be 'smart' enough to convert it as per the kl draft 2020 plan coz its prime land! most likely they would stick with the status of cemetery till they forcefully evict the ladang bkt jalil residents before annoucing the change of plan (to prevent from giving more compensation) unsure.gif
