Let me show my diagram, hopefully it can clear everyone's doubt. My diagram is based on Ho Chon Soon Map intersection with actual proposed future LRT route, hope it helps you guys. Attached together with pictures displayed by Prasarana.
Facts :
1) Agree certain blocks of Z Residence and Parkland can see the HTC, but distance at least 180m away, not so close as display by ebackbone on Paramount
2) Parklane to LRT - quite a distance
3) As I mentioned earlier, the best location nearest to proposed LRT would be KR phase 2

Rainz by JalilMax, same developer for Treez. i heard from little bird entry starts at 500k. don't have any more details than that other than FH.

Estimated 250 m away fr Blk A & B, the higher you stay the noisier is it, noise travel upwards. I can't stand it especially 24 hrs no stop flow of heavy traffic i high speed. cool.gif

i heard rainz will only enter the market by end of 2011..

hopefully z residence will be build as far as possible from the HTC.

Was told by the SA from TT group, JalilMax already submitted the application to land office for approval. Starting price for Rainz will be roughly from 600K and above.

Rainz is much better looking than Z price should be less than
500k according to some frenz who work for them. Density approximately 900units

boss ufo, the piece of land to the north of alam sutera and south east of mutiara bukit jalil...is it still a cemetery reserve? i thought this issue has been settled off some time back that no cemetery reserve is gonna be built there? else the high floor south-facing units for both block A and B of zr would have the potential to face the cemetery too right? hmm.gif

This development, below 400k for the 12xxsqft can make it la, anything above 400k forget it la....as for any development 500k above, good luck!

Hey guys I saw this when I drove around last weekend.

Any idea? Objection on what?

New cemetery? Condos? Road Opening? Demolition?

This photo is taken behind the low-cost condo....cos I drove around see whether got jalan opening to outside or not.
