My friend who went there this morning said alot of people at the sales office
sales moving fast. he said the show unit is at the 1st floor .Also the sales staff confirmed they are giving

I will still go for Kesas Highway which has KL view.
I remembered the SA confirmed The Z comes with Double galzed windows and doors
so not so worry about noise.

NOT likely,transfer of names is not allowed by developer except immediate family.
MBSB can get loan no 3rd loan issues only the rate is BLR-1.0%, but at least this is a way
out if rejected by other banks!

Please check with The Developer of Rainz(i.e The Treez's Developer)
Was told they will not launch The Rainz yet . Think they will observe the other developers
response and with the current trend I think it wont be less than RM450psf if judging from their Treez selling price!

Very interesting but did you all notice the traffic from the LRT station not able
to turn right to KR,Jalan 3/155 ? If that is the case ZR will be easier and smoother

I checked with the SA and told me they issued letter to confirm the FREE airconds, waste disposal in the kitchen and double glazed windows after confirmed sales ie signinig SPA.

I dun think the workshop will be permanently there. With the new development in
the surrounding areas most likely will be changed . In my opinion the factory area
easily will be another F & B Hub when all the condos and LRT are in place. Slowly it is changing
and now 99 supermart is operating in the area.
Most important is what the place will be or you believe what it will be after condo completion not now .

and that cannot happen! If my chinese boleh pakai the news refer to the developer for Rainz.
