I am thinking of getting the Golf TSI 1.4
and would like forumer's opinion on which Dealer I should go to.

My priority is the following
1) Best After-sales-service / 3S center / Warranty
2) Good Promotion price for 2011 Golf TSI 1.4

I stay in PJ hence these are the Authorize Dealer (base on VW group website) i narrow down.

1) F.A. Wagen
2) Euromobil
3) Weanes VW
4) Veemer Motor
5) Cergaz Autohaus (TTDI)
6) Amcorp Auto (Jln Ipoh)

I am preparing for the worst, so my highest priority is
After-Sales-Service & Warranty Claims.

I am guessing a Dealer who has a 3S center is likely
to provide better service but I know that's not always the case.

Any experience sharing and guidance is much Appreciated!!!!

So far from the earlier mentioned posts, the nightmare stories seem to come from both FA Wagen and Sg Besi Wearnes. The Wearnes at Bangsar and Ampang doesn't have a service center.

Euromobil is in Glenmarie but have no experience with it and Cergaz is quite new.

Cergaz is new but it seems to be one of the biggest shoiwroom n 3s.
I have no idea on its svc quality, my Golf TSI due to be out next Friday.
I get mine from Veemer.

If Vw polo change it's rcd 210 to 310 will it be void warranty??

You won't get warranty for the RCD310.

The rest depends on your relationship with your SC

cannot rate a 3S based on net postings, cos ppl with issues/complaints ALWAYS will post...but ppl who are happy with service, normally dun bother. The negatives always show up more on the net

fyi, wearnes sg besi actually wont best service centre among all VW 3S as voted by actual VW customers in 2010 and 2009

euromobil is a Audi 3S and very very very busy with audi's

sadly, imo all VW 3S will be giving shitty service for the next few months, as they grapple with staff shortage and overflow of cars, just go to the VW 3S most convenient to you, dont go to a 3S based on recommendations..as staff will leave, managers get transfered etc, good 3S become bad....bad 3S improve etc

You need your remaper to troubleshoot and reflash errors etc tru out the lifetime of your car...u cant be running down to SG everytime u have a issue rite?

The Golf's at the FA Wagen Glenmarie branch now has the LED light models. My colleague went to test drive the car over the weekend and saw it. But they are unsure if the 2011 models that are brought in will have it
