I never thought i'll visit this thread in lowyat forum. Well, i didn't even know it existed =p
I am not drastically overweight but I can tell the difference by looking back at pictures a few years back. My aim now is to lose my body fat. Did a recent test and it was 26% and organ fat 9%. I will be starting a heatlh suplement programme next month and hoping for the best ! XD |

I tried to control my food already. ate rice only once a day (half bowl) and vege. i eat less meat but lotsa vege and tofu. cutting down lots of food such as Milo and sweet stuff already.
