Actually I think if you want slim down, do not go to gym because when you went to gym, you will workout so hard in the end of the session, you will fell very hungry then you ate more. That's the reverse effect from your hardwork.
First you need to control your daily calories intake,
Exercise just choose some lighter one such as jogging for half and hour and 3 times a week.
Consume fiber to avoid cholesterol and fat.

thanks bro for the advice. but i know i am hungry but i do control my food. is just that i cant control all my food suddenly. it will make me more worst.
but since i am in the gym, should i do more cardio?
Added on August 25, 2010, 11:07 pmthanks for all the replies. I tried to control my food already. ate rice only once a day (half bowl) and vege. i eat less meat but lotsa vege and tofu.
cutting down lots of food such as Milo and sweet stuff already. Still dont see much result.
