Hmm... what's the role of Deed of Mutual Covenants play in ensuring everyone (especially those in DSL and 2.5 storeys pay)?

believe all developers including mah sing will further increase selling price in the coming weeks.

Material used for building Qaseh is much better than KR Semi D / Superlink

My fren went last Friday, book 1 Semi-D at 1.58mil, after viewing the show hse, she wrote in to request floor & frame changed, reply fr TMS SA is no more changing, my fren withdraw then

SA says management has final meeting aleliiiiiiiiiii, no more changes, stick to wat you see as per show unit, my fren brought a contractor to estimate if she were to change the flooring & quality frame at her own cost, 100K!! She then raised it to TMS, 30K discount was offered to her then. Finally still can't take it, chao quick quick bye bye to KR!!

hello to 2S and 2 1/2S buyer from Mahajaya,

did anyone has been notified bout the new floor plan on 2storey & 2 1/2storey link house by the lawyer??

i heard there is changes & need us to sign a new floor plan.
is that true??

The revised floor plan has been released a few months ago. Heard from the lawyer those opt not to upgrade will have a similar facade but different layout internally.

Last week just signed the deed of mutual agreement that according to the lawyer this is the format that conformed to MS standard.

dont think DMC agreement is relevant for individual title home and optional, only mandatory for strata type...

For 2 and 21/2 buyers, my understanding was those that opt for upgrade package will get different layout (bigger built up and toilet moved) thus there's a new to undersign the layout portion

Not sure if those beside linear park will appreciate the most as they were already sold at a premium originally. Besides, the park may be too noisy to some people.

Does TMS allow transfer of non-family purchaser at the same Dec 2010 price? Those who bought in Dec already made paper gain of at least Rm200k, so the RM50k premium seems too little.
