Actually I am also confuse where is the 200++ sq ft from... if my memory serve me right, the balcony from MH's design is probably about 6ft X 6ft = 36ft. I don't think the extension in the Master Bedroom is 172 sq feet is size(which is like about 1/3 of the bedroom 2)

Fyi, In KV developer's b/up is gross, In Northern Penang, the b/up mentioned is nett b/up (excluding car porch, patio roof etc)

Went to visit the sales gallery yesterday. Can't believe that they use such low spec material for a property cost>1 mil plus leasehold.

Agree. Spec too low for > 1 mil plus properties especially if compare to Melodi's built.

As I said earlier, tis developer very calculative, for Mahajaya buyer (whether upgrade or not), they are not making any profit. If I am Mahajaya buyer, I'm very ok, no matter how low quality TMS provided, shd be still better than Mahajaya. Kinrara house only - Qaseh, Emerald, Sapphire, Desiran and Sentosa are very good quality and workmanship, the rest BK9, Melodi also so so only

At this point, if you were to cancel your booking after looking at the showroom's poor quality furnishing, are you able to get the full refund? mrkenjiro, To me, they are just missed out another opportunity to sell. Don't under estimate anyone. Who knows if those Mahajaya purchaser get invited and they syiok syiok go and sign up for a SMD. Stupid MS!

Unlike Garden Residence, TMS pay very high premium to take over fr Mahajaya, if not mistaken 178 mil. KR's location is very strategic, Mahajaya can easily sell off themselves even though they build low quality hse (with lower price ma), MJ has factor the land cost + the future nett gain into the selling package (to TMS).
