First time property buyer here. Just wondering the car enter sticker or pass card are free to handover during the house key collect? Or need to submit application? And each unit entitle how many access? Thx...

TMS management will arrange the sticker and touch card, they hv not installed the machine. I think every house will be given 3 access card

I had taken my key on 27/12/2012. Submit the defect list to Mah Sing on 07/01/2013. Promise to return to me by 06/02/2013 (1 month). Week by week I check on the status. No work done. Well, is left only 2 days to collect the house back. But I still haven't seen any progress on the defect case. Anyone facing this problem? Any advise on this case?

Wow time flies... I remember people tell me aiyoo this project tak boleh wan... too expensive... no trust TMS... takeover some abandoned project etc.

So I went to their sales office near site. Wow it was crowded.

Today congrats to the owners.

overall feedback better than lake edge.

a few buyers say they're willing to pay extra for g&g even though leasehold - saftey & security now becomes the selling point.

i must say mah sing has done well!

Just got my key. Workmanship was fine. Kudos to "conquas"

Suprised me that TMS is giving plaster ceiling in the kitchen and all bathroom. Its a good to have item. Can reduce some reno cost later. Asked the project team staff that TMS will giving out different brand of intercom systems since many buyers complain abt missing item during VP inspection.

Now my major concern was the security in guard hse. How tight will it be. This is determine KR future value. If its a hi bye guard hse, then it will be no different with other taman's..

Hi frozen, since we are paying... we need to ensure the guards work as expected ya. If Hi bye...we fired them... no compromise when security is concerned ya. Cheers
