i rather put more weight on the 1) location 2) type of title (free vs lease) and spec and finishing in the last place assuming the pricing is the same. Good location you can always sell easily and freehold title you can pass it to your cucu, cucu punya cucu. If you dun like the spec and finishing, spend few hundred k to renovate lar~ Anyway i saw most of the china man here still renovate kau kau despite good spec was provided....
