Hi QW$$,

Sure, will join ur firing force against any security issues. U also remind me abt the monthly maintanance fees in 2 yrs time. All type of KR link hse was secured by a DMC. how if some refuse to pay? Who will handle this?

And bro UFO, how soon the RA can be taken over from TMS?

Am sure that there will be some who won't pay... but hope majority will pay to enjoy the comfortable of a secured neighborhood.

KR is the most unique township in KV, links house is not G+G, therefore there is no such thing of JMB, while those SD and Bungalow are under G+G, JMB will be form within 12 mths fr the VP.

Link house owners can form RA anytime from now.

He..he, you will know later, indeed no one will volunteer to become the committee member one. It is a tough job.
Those who hv stayed in can form a temporary RA, if later anyone who object then we elect him / her become president lor

Anyone started or will plan to start reno after CNY? Saw one unit family go in stay before CNY with simple and functional reno. Simple n nice! Im planning the same too smile.gif

Honestly, not many RA is successful! What i meant is those without DMC signed. i have seen case where, boom gate installed but within a month the RA is out of fund to run already. The most RA will only run for a few years. Usually, getting a person to be President still not the most difficult part but to garner everyone to pay up is most headache. You may say that is fine, so long as more then 70% pay it should be ok. Imagine if you are the donkey that has been paying for the last few years let the other idiots to take advantage, i m sure your tolerance level will diminish. One fine day you wake-up, you will say enough is enough.......it is my turn to take the free ride. So take a wild guess how many years can you stand for the attitude of your beloved neighbours that dont pay, 1, 2, 3 or 4 years. How about your other neighbours that obediently pay as well, they may get fed-up earlier than u. i guess the only solution is move to a DMC-signed neighbourhood.

We all has signed the DMC here and hope that there isn't any smart arse that tries to challenge it. Think those who bought directly from MS knows about the monthly payment for the security and clubhouse and that's one of the reason of buying the house here.

Sometimes I wonder what values those people who don't pay but enjoy the freebies that other pays teach their kids..

I wish after 5 years if someone revisit KR, it still looks the same as original. To have a feel of what i m saying go to Desa Park City. Only now i fully appreciate why it is the most appreciated house in Malaysia.

It is my wish the KR could be the new standard at Puchong area for many years to come!

First 2 years is free... I believe all has also paid 6 months deposit already. The challenge will be on the next collection.
A well maintain housing area will definitely appreciate in value( just need KR owners to realised this)

not so concern for those DMS-signed. They are T&C to govern so long as the enforcement is there. i m more concern for link house that individual-titled.

Are there any more gated guarded landed properties to be launch at kinrara area or central puchong ? If there are limited launches.... KR looks good for future growth.

There is another project next to KR, 23'x77' 3-Storey, priced 1.4 mil. Sold. Another project is in planning stage, shdn't be cheap.
